Aare Gorge (nearby attraction)

A spectacular natural wonder where the Aare River carves its way through a narrow limestone gorge over 1.4 km long and up to 200 meters deep. Walkways and tunnels allow visitors to explore this impressive geological formation. Located near Meiringen. Open from April to November, with special evening illuminations during peak summer. Admission fee applies.
