Dala Gorge Trail & Thermal Ladder

A scenic and accessible trail leading through the impressive Dala Gorge, where the thermal waters of Leukerbad emerge. The trail includes wooden walkways, bridges, and a spectacular thermal ladder that allows visitors to descend into the gorge for a unique perspective. It’s a relatively easy walk, offering breathtaking views of the natural rock formations and the rushing Dala River. The entire loop takes about 1-1.5 hours. Best enjoyed in warmer months when the path is free of snow and ice.
