Pistes de Fond du Haut Giffre (Cross-country ski trails network)

The Haut Giffre valley boasts an extensive network of cross-country skiing (Nordic skiing) trails, offering over 50 km of groomed tracks through forests and open meadows. This includes trails at the valley floor (e.g., around Lac aux Dames) and higher altitude areas like Joux Plane. Suitable for all levels, with options for classic and skating techniques. A daily pass is required (approx. 10-15€ for adults). Equipment rental is available in the village. Open from December to March, conditions permitting.
