Lake Peak (Ezerni Vrah) Ascent
For seasoned hikers, ascending Lake Peak (Ezerni Vrah), standing at approximately 2,550 meters, offers unparalleled 360-degree panoramic views of all Seven Rila Lakes and the broader Rila mountain range. This challenging trail branches off the main circular route near the 'Tear' lake and involves a steep, rocky climb to the summit. It requires good physical condition, appropriate footwear, and a head for heights. The effort is rewarded with breathtaking vistas, making it a highlight for many visitors. Difficulty: Hard.
